That is what Clovis is all about. Come on... come grow with us!

Medical Facilities housing

Housing in ClovisClovis is an excellent place to purchase a home and statistics support that fact.  The city is currently experiencing steady growth in an appreciating market.  In 2006 to date 758 homes were sold which is a steady increase of 22% over 2005.  The average sale price of resale homes was $118,000 in 2006 and $101,000 in 2005.  New construction homes have been selling between $125,000 and $400,000.  The average price of a new construction home is $275,000 and construction costs average $110 a square foot.  Compare these prices to that elsewhere in the Sunbelt and Clovis is a clear winner in the housing market.

These affordable prices will buy you and your family quality homes.  Most homes in Clovis average 1,600 to 1,800 sq ft.  New Mexico is noted for its southwestern adobe style homes, but in Clovis, homeowners can choose from a variety of styles – from one-story ranch homes to two-story colonials and Victorians, Clovis offers the variety and durability of what a good home should be.  Also, most of the homes in Clovis are brick construction, making them very efficient when it comes to utility bills.
